Wala Bil Ahlam

Wala Bil Ahlam is Nermine’s first book, yet it came runner-up for Simple Recipes at the prestigious Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. She has taken dessert recipes from the four corners of the world and simplified them so anyone can make them. The recipes are written with detailed explanations and the photography is beautiful.

على الرغم من أن "ولا بالأحلام" هو أول كُتُب نرمين، إلا أنه قد أحرز المركز الثاني للوصفات البسيطة في الجائزة العالمية المحترمة Gourmand لكتب الطهي. تناولت نرمين وصفات للحلويات من أركان العالم الأربعة، وبسَّطتها بحيث يستطيع أي أحد تحضيرها، وقد كُتبت الوصفات بشرح تفصيلي بالأضافة إلي الصور الجميلة للوصفات.
